Rene combines creativity with her astute knowledge of human behavior and motivation to develop high impact programs for her clients. Specializing in leadership development, executive coaching and team building, Rene has put her organizational development talents to work for both profit and not-for-profit organizations. She has been on faculty at three universities across New England and has held management positions in higher education as well. Rene holds a doctorate in organization development and a master's degree in human relations and counseling. She is a member of NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science.
Rene has partnered with a long-time friend and colleague to study women’s leadership stories. She loves the stimulation of working with cutting edge concepts and top professionals through her Conference Board responsibilities. While Rene relishes the peacefulness of Western Massachusetts, she is also very happy to make frequent trips to Colorado to enjoy time with her son, daughter-in-law and grandson!
