AREAS OF PASSION
Michelle is passionate about effecting change. Structural, cultural, and behavioural change. Change in attitudes, beliefs, and paradigms. Change to systems, processes and people. Mostly she is passionate about changing how change is done. She enjoys working with teams and leaders on the change behaviours they will need to exhibit in order to drive successful change. She believes the key to successful change implementation is seeking to change how things get done, now what gets done. She also believes in trusting the people involved to solve the issues that are important to them.
Michelle is passionate about helping build Purpose-driven organisations, led by Authentic Leaders where Results-Only Work Environments (ROWE™) allow teams and leaders to use their talents daily and to feel energized and happy at work. Organisations where direct, courageous communication creates increased productivity, harmonious work relationships, greater accountability, increased sharing of innovative ideas, and improved results. Organisations that are appreciative, where staff are using their talents and strengths to drive high performance.
